Email Templates

For email campaigns where you want to keep the email structure constant, but change the content of the email from campaign to campaign, you will need a template – branded with your company logo, images, colours etc. We will provide this template for you free of charge and upload to your account for ongoing use. Further templates can be developed for different types of communication or different areas of business.

One-off Email Campaigns

Some email campaigns may be one-off designs which do not need the template technology for editing and re-use. We can create, to your requirements, single HTML emails as independent projects.

Broadcasting Fees & Charging Methods

There are two pricing models for broadcasting emails:

Pre-purchased credits


To gain the best rates for volume users, pre-purchasing credits is the more economical choice. Credits are applied to your account and used at the rate of one credit for every recipient plus a further 500 credits delivery fee per campaign sent.

Credits: 1.3p each ex VAT (minimum order 50,000)

Pay as you go


For those who wish to trial the effectiveness of email marketing or those who are not likely to be a volume user, 'pay as you go' is a good option.

Delivery fee per campaign sent: £5.99 ex VAT
Recipient fee: 3p each ex VAT
