MailCentric is an intuitive tool you can use to build and send your own HTML formatted emails. Our Internet based system uses a bespoke template that we design for you, utilising your corporate colours, logo and any other identity elements you wish to include. You can have multiple templates for different communication types or different departments. It really couldn’t be easier!

Creating

The WYSIWYG editor is used to populate your template with text and images. It allows you to format the text with colour, styling, bullets, numbered lists, links to websites etc. The preview window shows you exactly how your email will look. Once you have created your email you can send to a small group before broadcasting – and continue to edit until you are totally happy.

Database Management

You can add as many different databases as you wish and segment for further targeting and filtering. You can even automatically build a database from people subscribing to your newsletter via your website. Bounces and recipients unsubscribing are automatically managed so you don’t accidentally send unwanted emails or send to void email addresses.

Sending

Your email campaign can be scheduled for delivery at a specific time and date or sent immediately. Time zone control is included for international time zones. Your email campaign is sent via our fully monitored, authenticated mail servers and normally takes just a few moments to be delivered, where upon real-time reporting becomes available – the fun part… (see reporting and analytics)
